DEADLINES

Noble Home and Chef is happy to accept returns, exchanges, and refunds for qualifying items within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. If more than 30 days have passed since your order arrived, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

However, if you registered your product for warranty within 30 days of delivery, you may reach out to us after the 30-day period regarding concerns.

 

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Noble Home and Chef is also happy to accept returns or exchanges for items purchased if they arrived to you defective, or if you received something other than what you ordered as described in the product description. If either of these situations apply, please contact us at info@noblehomeandchef.com with details of the product defect along with an attached picture for us to quickly determine the best means of reconciling the issue. Please include a note informing us if you prefer to return or exchange the item. We will respond within 1-2 business days with details on how your return/exchange will be processed.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be paid by the responsible party!

If the item you received was defective or the wrong item, we will cover all shipping costs.

If you are returning an item or exchanging an item due to purchasing error or similar reasons, you will be responsible for shipping. In these instances, initial shipping costs at the time of purchase (if applicable) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the defective items, and it is determined to be defective or an error on Noble Home and Chef’s part, a refund of the amount you paid will be issued to your original method of payment.
